Aegis Consult has worked where records carry institutional decisions, public memory and operational accountability. That work made the gap visible: digitisation could preserve a record, but institutions still needed a governed way to ask across old and new knowledge together.
Nenodoc is that layer—developed in Kigali for organisations that need useful answers without giving up sovereignty or human judgement.
